Free shipping on orders over $500 (net).

HAND DELIVERY

Complementary and contactless hand delivery available in the Palm Beach/West Palm Beach
Contactless hand delivery available in Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Delay and Boca Raton Area at a flat rate $ 50

FURNITURE

Shipments will be shipped with the most appropriate and cost-effective method.

GENERAL INFO

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Merchandise will be delivered via UPS standard ground transportation. Express delivery may be requested for an additional charge.

Le Serene Home & Design will provide packing and shipping as a service to our customers.

Shipping will be arranged with one of our preferred carriers unless otherwise requested by the client. All shipping and packing charges will be noted on the final balance due invoice. Purchases made online will ship via UPS within the United States. Shipments outside of the United States will be shipped with the most appropriate and cost-effective method.

In the event that the customer prefers to arrange collection and shipping of the merchandise, Le Serene Home & Design takes no responsibility for damages incurred during shipping.

RETURNS

Le Serene Home & Design hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 10 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale.
